This interdisciplinary network group investigates the original work of Cornelius Castoriadis, a very productive thinker within philosophy, radical politics and psychoanalysis in post-war France. The study circle arranges symposia on the thought of Castoriadis and discussions related to his work, e.g. on political self-organization, ancient Greek democracy, autonomy, phenomenology, psychoanalysis and contemporary social critique.
